R-86-w -F F3 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN ASSIGNMENT OF A WATER AND SEWER DEVELOPER AGREEMENT FROM BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD., AND RISSMONT, INC., TO RL DANNER COMPANY PERTAINING TO WATER P A D P VID F T WHEREAS, pursuant to Part IV(A) of the Water and Sewer Developers Agreement pertaining to Water Place, the City of Tamarac shall approve all assignments in writing; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Part IV(A) of the Water and Sewer Developers Agreement, the City shall be a party to said assignment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTjDj 1: That the City of Tamarac hereby approves and accepts the assignment of the Water and Sewer Developers Agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "An SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Tamarac is hereby instructed to ensure recordation of the assignment and acceptance thereof.
