RESOLUTION R-86- 3p7
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF
THE GENERAL ELECTION VOTING ON REFER-
ENDUM ISSUES RI-1, RI--2, RI-3 , RI-4,
RI-5 AND RI-6; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC--
TIVE _DATE .
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on November 4,
1986., wherein the electorate was asked to vote on Referendum
Issues for the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the County Canvassing Board has canvassed the
results of the machine voting and absentee ballots and has
certified such results to the City Clerk of the City of
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the certification
from the County Canvassing Board and has presented their
findings to the City Council for a formal Certification and
Declaration of the results.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
�ECTIQN 1: That the following is hereby certified and
declared as the official results of the public vote at the
General Election of November 4, 1986, for the proposed:

Broward Sheriff's Office
assuming responsibility of
police enforcement
