CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 3 %3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR INSTALLATION OF BURGLAR AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
IN THE CITY BY KAUFMAN ELECTRIC & SECURITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Kaufman Electric & Security has filed with the
City a cash performance bond in the amount of $150.00
to guarantee installation of burglar and security systems in
the City; and
WHEREAS, Kaufman Electric & Security has ceased install-
ing the alarms in the City of Tamarac, and requests release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQN1: That the cash performance bond posted by
Kaufman Electric & Security, 2536 NW 63 Avenue, Margate,
Florida 33063, in the amount of $150.00 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
