CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86 -- �f �
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY ATTORNEY
DECISION TO RETAIN THE SERVICES OF SAMUEL S.
GOREN OF JOSIAS AND GOREN, SUITE 200, 3099
EAST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, FORT LAUDERDALE,
FLORIDA TO INVESTIGATE, DETERMINE AND REPRE-
SENT THE CITY'S INTEREST IN THE TAMARAC
ENTERPRISES, INC. BOND INDENTURE; AND

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac deter-
mines that it is in the public interest for a determination
to be made as to the City's rights pursuant to the Tamarac
Enterprises, Inc. Bond Indenture; and
WHEREAS, there is apparent uncertainty as to the City's
interest in said Bond Indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has determined that expert
counsel is required to represent the City's interest in this
matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
09TIM-1: That the City Council hereby approves the
decision of the City Attorney to retain the services of
Samuel S. Goren of Josias & Goren, Suite 200, 3099 East
Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, Florida to represent the
City's interest pertaining to the Tamarac Enterprises, Inc.
Bond Indenture.
SECTION__2: That payment for the services of Samuel S.
Goren shall be derived from the City Attorney's Professional
Services line item account.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
