CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-_Z0
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PHILIP L. FRYBERGH
AND/OR JAMALINE PROPERTIES INC. FOR PROGRAM
UNDERWRITERS BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,
WHEREAS, Philip L. Frybergh and/or Jamaline Properties Inc.,
as Principal, and Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, as
Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 4505867 in the amount of
$875.00 to guarantee public improvements at Program Underwriters
Building; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond upon receipt of a one --year warranty bond in
the amount of $257.00 and payment of additional engineering fees
due in the amount of $42.55; and
WHEREAS, Philip L. Frybergh has posted a one year cash
warranty bond in the amount of $257.00 and has paid the
additional engineering fees due in the amount of $42.55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION -1: That the Bond No. 4505867 posted by Philip L.
Frybergh and/or Jamaline Properties Inc., as Principal, and
Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, as Surety, in the amount
of $875.00 for public improvements at Program Underwriters Build-
ing is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
