CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- T'd4
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CASH BONDS POSTED FOR
BEAUTIFICATION BY LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS, INC.,
FOR BUILDINGS 5 AND 11; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., has filed with the
City the following cash bonds to guarantee beautification:
Building 5 - $25,458.00
Building 11- 18,650.00
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: that the following cash bonds are HEREBY
RELEASED:
Building 5- $25,458.00
Building 11- 18,650.00
SEgTIQN 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this " day of �� 1986.
