CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-�_
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF A BOND
POSTED BY MCDEVITT & STREET COMPANY FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH UNIVERSITY COMMU--
ITY HOSPITAL PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,
WHEREAS, McDevitt & Street Company, as principal, with The
American Insurance Company, as surety, has filed with the City Bond
No. 4175921 in the amount of $8,200.00 for public improvements
associated with the University Community Hospital project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTIQN 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to call Bond No. 4175921, in the amount of $8,200.00
posted by McDevitt & Street Company, as principal, with The Ameri-
can Insurance Company, as surety, if the remedial repairs are not
completed or if an extension to this bond has not been provided on
or before January 30, 1986.
SECTION 3: That Bond No. 4175921 be released if the reme-
dial repairs are completed on or before January 30, 1986.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
