R-86-- q A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT CITY OF TAMARAC EASEMENT REQUEST OFFERED BY CONCORD VILLAGE RECREATION ASSO., INC., FOR THE 201 FORCE MAIN -PROJECT #86-5 AND UNIVERSITY DRIVE UTILITY RELOCATION - PROJECT #86-2; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-- I E BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: ,SECTION _1: That the Preliminary Agreement City of Tamarac Easement Request offered by Concord Village Recreation Asso., Inc., is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said easement attached hereto as "Exhibit 1". SECTION, 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the City. BECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said easement in the public records of Broward County, Florida. November, .l986 Concord Village Rec- reation Association, Inc. and the City of Tamarac, hereinafter called. "The City", a municipal corporation of South Florida in consideration for $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration received, here- in agree as fol lows : 1. The City agrees to fully restore the premises on which any adverse conditions may occur pursuant to the attached easements so that said premises will be in a condition similar to that which existed prior to work being performed. 2. This agreement and the easements granted by the Concord Village Recreation Association, Inc. and the City will be presented to the City Council for their approval. The City agrees that when such approval is given that the Concord Village Recreation Associ- ation, Inc. will be pranptly informed so that the Contractor's work can beain and be finished in a reasonable period of time. 3.
