CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--86-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY HARDRIVES COMPANY FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE UNIVERSITY
COMMUNITY HOSPITAL PARKING LOT EXTENSION
(DIKEWAY); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE -
DATE --
WHEREAS, Hardrives Company, as Principal, and St. Paul Fire
and Marine Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
a Bond in the amount of $1,150.00 to guarantee public improve-
ments associated with the University Community Hospital parking
lot extension (bikeway); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond in the amount of $1,150.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECT-1911 1: that the Bond posted by Hardrives Company, as
Principal and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, as
Surety, in the amount of $1,150.00 for public improvements
Associated with the University Community Hospital parking lot
extension (bikeway) is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
