CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- ��
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF A
BOND POSTED BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES, LTD., FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH WOODMONT
TRACT 74/75 PROJECT SITE PLAN 2, PHASE 1;
AND_ PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. _ _
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as principal, with The
(First National Bank of Chicago, as surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. 303458 in the amount of $12,166.68 for public
improvements associated with the Woodmont Tract 74/75 project, Site
Plan 2, Phase 1; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
(completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is
not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECT-IOR_2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to call Letter of Credit No. 303458, in the amount of
$12,166.68 posted by Bonaire Associates Ltd., as principal, with
The First National Bank of Chicago, as surety, if the remedial
repairs are not completed or if an extension to this Letter of
Credit has not been provided on or before January 23, 1986.
SECTION-3: That Letter of Credit No. 303458 be released if
the remedial repairs are completed on or before January 23, 1986.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
