RESOLUTION NO. R-86-__�5w
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF
A DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENT IN BUILD-
ING B, BAY 4, OF MIDWAY PLAZA REQUESTED
BY MIDWAY PLAZA ASSO., LTD., PETITION
#22-Z-86; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
a dry cleaning establishment in Building B, Bay 4 of Midway
Plaza; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a dry cleaning establishment in Bay
4, Building B, of Midway Plaza, is HEREBY APPROVED.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
