A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
5 EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF
A CHINESE RESTAURANT IN BUILDING A,
6 BAY 20, OF MIDWAY PLAZA REQUESTED
BY MIDWAY PLAZA ASSO., LTD., PETITION
7 #23-Z-86; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

9 WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
10 the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
11 a Chinese Restaurant in Building A, Bay 20, of Midway Plaza;
12 and
13 WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
14 has been given an opportunity to express their views
15 concerning the application for special exception; and
16 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
17 the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
18 the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
19 Tamarac.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
21 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
22 SECTION _1: That the petition for special exception to
23 permit the operation of a Chinese Restaurant in Bay 20,
24 Building A, of Midway Plaza, is HEREBY APPROVED.
