CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-__�-3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES REQUESTED BY MIDWAY PLAZA
ASSO., INC., FOR A PROPOSED CHINESE
RESTAURANT IN BUILDING A, BAY 20, OF
MIDWAY PLAZA, PETITION #24--Z-86; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the on -premises
consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises at a
proposed Chinese Restaurant in Building A, Bay 20, of Midway
Plaza; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the proposed
Chinese Restaurant in Bay 20, Building A, of Midway Plaza, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
