CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-�_
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of November
26, 19,86 appointed Louis J. Sohn by motion as a member to the
Code Enforcement Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to ratify and confirm
the appointment of Mr. Louis J. Sohn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 4 of the Code,
LOUIS J. SOHN, is hereby appointed a member of the Code
Enforcement Board for a term to expire June 25, 1988.
SECTION 21 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
