CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 'T�4
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF AN AUTO CARE CEN-
TER ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD
APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET FROM PROSPECT ROAD,
REQUESTED BY MARTIN HEISE, PETITION #21--Z--86;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
an auto care center in a B-3 zoning district; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concern-
ing the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception, #21--Z-86 by Martin Heise,
would be in keeping with the public health, safety and
general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of an auto care center on the south side
of Commercial Boulevard, approximately 100 feet from Prospect
Road, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

ECTION 31 This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
