RESOLUTION NO. #86--1�7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY WOODMONT CORP., FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 48 PERTAINING TO SIGNS ON PROPERTY
OTHER THAN THE APPLICANT'S; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTI E DATE.
7 WHEREAS, Woodmont Corporation -has requested renewal of a
8 waiver to the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter 21) governing
9 signs on property other than the applicant's.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
11 AMARAC, FLORIDA:
12 ,SECTION 1: That renewal of a waiver to the Sign Ordinance
13 requested by Woodmont Corporation for Woodmont Tract 48 for temp-
14 racy community directional sign on the west side of Northwest 81
15 venue at Southgate Boulevard and a second temporary community
16 directional sign on the east side of Northwest 81 Avenue at South-
17 ate Boulevard on property owned by Woodmont Country Club, is
18 ereby approved.
19 SECTIQN-2: Conditions of Approval:
20 1) This Waiver shall expire on December 27, 1987.
21 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
22 tely upon adoption. 41
