R-86--§ 2 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER 3 NO. 204-1 FOR A SITE PLAN FOR UNIVERSITY CLUB; A D VID AN -EFFECTIVE 4 5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council 6 of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in 7 accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of 8 the meeting regarding the review of the application for a 9 revised development order by the applicant for development 10 approval; and 11 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated 12 the application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations; 13 and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 12/9/86; 14 and 15 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development 16 order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and 17 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the ap2li- 18 cation is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive 19 Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Cer- 20 tificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of 21 the application. 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 23 TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 24 0CT_10 1: That the application for approval of a site 25 site plan for University Club, is granted a revised development 26 order to proceed subject to the following conditions: 27 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the 28 plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City 29 of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review 30 Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. 31 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than 32 one year from the date of this approval. If the development 33 does not commence construction within one year, this approval is 34 null and void unless an extension has been granted in accordance 35 with applicable regulations. 36 -1- Temp. The revised development order is assignable, but an assignment does .not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. D.
