CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR GQETT
2
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

4 WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the
5 City of Tamarac; and
6 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac
7 has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for
8 approval, adoption and execution of said plat by the City of
9 Tamarac; and
la WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and
11 has made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said
12 plat by the City of Tamarac; and
13 WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of
14 approving said plat.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
16 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
17 SECTION_ 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
18 Commission and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for
19 approval, the same being
20 GOETT PLAT
21 is HEREBY APPROVED.
22 SECTION_ 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
Z3 authorized and instructed to execute said plat.
24 SECTION 3: That the Development Review Requirements of
25 the Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been
26 satisfied.
27 SECTION_ 4: This Resolution shall become effective
28 immediately upon adoption. AX
