CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NOe % "F6 _
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CAROL E. BARBUTO TO
THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10.01 of the City Charter,
the City Manager has determined that Carol E. Barbuto is
qualified to serve as City Clerk for the City of Tamarac and;
WHEREAS, Section 10.01 of the City Charter requires that
the appointment of the City Clerk shall be with the consent
of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the City Council hereby consents to the
appointment by the City Manager of Carol E. Barbuto to the
position of City Clerk for the City of Tamarac at her current
salary level.
SECT_I�ON 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
