RESOLUTION N0A006J 77&4
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LARRY PERRETTI TO
SERVE AS ACTING CITY MANAGER IN THE ABSENCE
OF THE CITY MANAGER PURSUANT TO SECTION
5.03 OF THE CITY CHARTER; DESIGNATING
MICHAEL R. COUZZO, JR., AS ALTERNATE ACTING
CITY MANAGER IN THE ABSENCE OF BOTH THE
CITY MANAGER AND LARRY PERRETTI; AND
PROV A F TIVE TE
WHEREAS, Section 5.03 of the City Charter requires the City
Manager to appoint an Acting City Manager to serve in his
absence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION_._: That the City Council hereby approves the
designation of Larry Perretti as Acting City Manager in the
absence of the City Manager;
5B_QTION___2: That the City Council hereby approves the
designation of Michael R. Couzzo, Jr. as Alternate Acting
City Manager in the absence of the City Manager and Larry
Perretti;
This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ,Q
