R-86- A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST, WATER TREATMENT PLANT BUILDING REHABILITATION AND EXPANSION, BID NO. 86--29; AND PROVIDING AND EFFEC- TIVE DATE. WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinels a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on October 22, 1986 and November 3, 1986; and WHEREAS$ bids are opened on December 5, 1986; and WHEREAS, Double E Construction Company is the lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION, 1: That the bid of Double E Construction Company in the amount of $687,500.00, IS HEREBY APPROVED.
