RESOLUTION NO. R-86- _%A
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARK-
ING REQUESTED BY KEITH AND SCHNARS FOR WOODMONT
TRACT 59 AND PRQVIDINg_AN EFFECTIYE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that
Council may grant a limited waiver of the off --street parking and
loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by adhering
to strict application thereof, and further provides that the
waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the Woodmont Tract 59 Units
72,73,74,75, located at N.W. 84th Terrace and N.W. 78 Court; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has made a recommendation to approve this limited
waiver; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
limited waiver requested in the application of Keith and Schnars.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
$BQTION1: That the application to delete four (4) 10
feet x 20 feet parking spaces for units 72,73,74,75 of Woodmont
Tract 59 is HEREBY APPROVED, and such limited waiver would not be
detrimental to the public safety, health and welfare of the
citizens of the City.
ECTIO 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
