A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS
HIGH SERVICE PUMPS - BID #86-5
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
8 to go to -bid at its meeting on January 22 198 6 ,sand,
9 WHEREAS, bids were advertisied in the Fort Lauderdale News
10 a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on January 30
11 anil February 6 198 6 , and
12 Whereas, bids were opened on February 10 , 198 6, and
13 Whereas, R.J.Sullivan Corporation is the
14 lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
16 OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
17 SECTION I: That the bid of R.J.Sullivan, Corporation
18 in the amount of $60,200.00 is hereby approved.

Schedule of prices for construction of Water Treatment Plant Improvements
-
High Service Pumps in accordance with the Contract Documents. Payment for
various items of the Bid Sheets, as further specified herein, shall include
all compensation to be received by the CONTRACTOR for furnishing all tools,
equipment, supplies, and manufactured articles, and for all labor,
operations, and incidentals appurtenant to the items of work being described,
as necessary to complete the various items of the WORK all in accordance
with
the requirements of the Contract Documents, including all appurtenances
thereto, and including all costs of compliance with the regulations of public
agencies having jurisdiction, including Safety and Health Requirements of the
Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor
(OSHA). No separate payment will be made for any item that is not
specifically set forth in the Bid Schedule, and all costs therefor shall

included in the prices named in the Bid Schedule for the various app
items of work.
