A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
TUW PROJECT #85-7 WELLFIELD PROTECTION
FACILITIES - BID #86-2
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration to go
to bid at its meeting on January 10, 198 6, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on January 16
and January 23 , 1986 , and
WHEREAS, bids were opened onJanuary27_, 1986 , and
WHEREAS, E.G.Cam bell & Son Inc. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of E.G.Cam bell & Son Inc. in the
amount of $46,009.00 , is hereby approved with the breakdown that
follows:

Note: Bid Schedule A is mutually exclusive with Bid Schedules B
and C. If an Award is made 'under Schedule A, then no Awards
shall be made under either Schedules B or C, and vice versa.
Prospective Bidders may submit, at their option, Bids for
any one, two, or three of the Schedules. The prices bid for
the same item of work under two different Bid Schedules need
not be equal. An Award made under any Bid Schedule shall be
based solely upon prices submitted under that Schedule.
