PUMP INSTALLATION - BID #86-1
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to -bid at its meeting on__ January 10 198 -6 ,and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised__ in the Fort Lauderdale_-hlew-s
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County onaanuary 16

Whereas, bids were opened on January 22 198_L, and

lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the bid of Utilities Services, Inc. (Option A) ,
in the amount of $50.000_._Q0_ __ , is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
