CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., TO GUARANTEE
INSTALLATION OF BEAUTIFICATION AT BELFORT,
BUILDING E-4' AND PROVIDI G AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc..,has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $150.00 to guarantee installation of beautifi-
cation at Belfort Building E-4; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes, Inc.,
in the amount of $150.00 to guarantee installation of beautification
at Belfort Building E-4, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SEC.
TIQN2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1986.
