CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-- 86-.59-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY CARDINAL
INDUSTRIES OF FLORIDA, INC., FOR SOUTHGATE
GARDENS APARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Cardinal Industries of Florida, Inc., as
Principal, and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as
Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 68SBO3791OBCA in the
amount of $70,320.50 to guarantee public improvements at
Southgate Gardens Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $25,341.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 68SBO3791OBCA posted by
Cardinal Industries of Florida Inc., as Principal, and The
Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as Surety, in the amount
of $70.320.50 for public improvements at Southgate Gardens
Apartments, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $25,341.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
