CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 60
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No. R-85-340
PROVIDING FOR ENGINEERING INSPECTION FEES FOR
RESURFACING AND REPAIRING OF EXISTING SUB-
DIVISIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECPIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 24-9 of the Tamarac City Code authorizes the City
Council to set by resolution Engineering Inspection Fees; and
WHEREAS, there is not currently an Inspection Fee for Repairs and
Resurfacing of roadways within existing sub -divisions and developments; and
MEREEAS, the City Engineer has proposed such an Inspection Fee and
the Tamarac City Council has reviewed such fee and found it to be appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the schedule of Engineering Inspection Fees shall
be Amended by adding a new sub --division (f) to Resolution 85-340 to read as
"Resurfacing and repairs to existing sub -divisions
and developments .............. o of construction cost"
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall became effective immediately
upon its adoption.
