CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-1:�_�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
FUTURE TRANSPORTATION NEEDS AND FUNDING STUDY
PREPARED BY KIMLEY--HORN AND ASSOCIATES INC.;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized that as future
growth occurs in the City it will be important to provide for
increased traffic demands on their roadways; and
WHEREAS, the Council retained Kimley-Horn and Associates to
identify future transportation needs and to develop a program to
accomplish needed improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve and accept such
Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Future Transportation Needs and Fund-
ing Study prepared by Kimley--Horn and Associates, Inc., be and
the same is hereby adopted by the City Council.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
