CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A RENEWAL OF A WAIVER OF
THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY LAKES OF CAR-
RIAGE HILLS: AND PROVIDING_AN EFFECTIVE DATE,.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills has requested a renewal of a
waiver of the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 governing approval of signs
on property other than the applicant's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That renewal of a waiver of the Sign Ordinance
requested by Lakes of Carriage Hills for a temporary community
directional sign, on property owned by Sabal Palm Country Club at
the northeast corner of Commercial Boulevard and Rock Island Road,
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval.
EXTENSION APPROVED FOR ONE YEAR FROM MARCH 10, 1986.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this�day of1986.
