CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-X
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A USER FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE TENNIS COURTS AT TAMARAC PARK, AND
PROYID ING AN EFFEC_TIVE_PATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish A user
fee for the tennis courts at Tamarac park; and
WHEREAS, the City has conducted a survey of neighboring
cities in order to ensure a fair and equitable fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMA::- .wC, FLORIDA:
F�CTION_�.-: That the following rates are hereby enacted
as user fees for the tennis courts at Tamarac Park:
$ 3.00 per hour, per person, day or night.
$25.00 per year, per person for Tamarac residents
in lieu of an hourly charge.
The City Manager, Public Works Director, and
Parks and Recreation Supervisor are authorized to establish
rules and procedures for the use of the tennis courts and the
collection of fees, as authorized by Section 18A--7 of the
City Code.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
