RESOLUTION R-86-13
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF
CITY ATTORNEY JON M. HENNING, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFE T DAT
WHEREAS, Jon M. Henning was appointed Tamarac City
Attorney on May 6, 1982 by Resolution R-82-145; and
WHEREAS, he has submitted a resignation subject to City
Council approval proposing to be effective March 21, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SE T: That the resignation of City Attorney, Jon
M. Henning, is hereby accepted as of March 21, 1986, with the
thanks of the City Council for his service to the City these
past four years.
5=1DN__ : That this resolution shall be effective
immediately upon its adoption.
