CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-009
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENEPhT:
ELECTION VOTING ON THREE (3) CAPITAL EXPENDITURES;
AND_PRQYIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on March 11, 1986,
wherein the electorate was asked to vote on Capital
Expendittres for the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the County Canvassing Board has canvassed the
results of the machine voting and absentee ballots and has
certified such results to the City Clerk of the City of
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the certification
from the County Canvassing Board and has presented their
findings to the City Council for a formal certification and
Declaration of the results.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ECTION 1: That the following is hereby certified and
declared as the official results of the public vote at the
General Election of March 11, 1986, for the proposed Capital
Expenditures:
CAPITAL EXPENDITURE #1: Potable Water Wells (University
Dr. & NW 57 St.)

CAPITAL EXPENDITURE #2: Relocation of Utility Pipes for
University Dr. Widening

CAPITAL EXPENDITURE #3: Design of Drinking Water Plant
Expansion and Improvements
