CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- %2--
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF CITY OFFICIALS
WHOSE SIGNATURES ARE AUTHORIZED FOR CITY ACCOUNTS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution authorized
certain City officials whose signatures were to be accepted
on behalf of the City on its depository and investment
accounts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend that
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the signatures of Mayor Bernard Hart
and City Manager Larry Perretti are required as authorized
signatures to transact banking business on behalf of the City
at its depository bank. In the absence of the Mayor,
Sydney M. Stein is designated as first Alternate
signatory. In the absence of the Mayor or first Alternate, _
Jack Stelzer is designated as second Alternate
signatory. In the absence of City Manager, the Acting City
Manager is designated as signatory.
SECTION 2: That until further notice, the officials
listed in Section I are authorized, so long as they hold the
office designated, and only those officials are authorized to
sign on behalf of the City for any City account(s).
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to send a Certified Copy of this Resolution to the
North Carolina National Bank (NCNB) and, furthermore, to
notify NCNB in writing should any of the authorized City
officials cease to hold the office indicated in Section 1
above.

SEC .
TION 4: That any existing Resolutions in conflict
with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
.SECTION 5: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
