RESOLUTION R-86-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPR0VDff17I!S BY
MIKE S. OR GEORGE S. GIOURGAS FOR
VILLAGE MALL (FORGET PROJECT)
WHEREAS, Mike S. or George S. Giourgas, as Principal, and NCNB Bank,
as Surety, has filed with the City Certificate of Deposit No. 1103434 in the
amount of $1,493.75 to guarantee public improvements at Village Mall (Forget
Project); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recarmiended release of said bond in the amount
of $1,493.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Certificate of Deposit No. 1103434 posted by
Mike S. or George S. Giourgas, as Principal, and NCNB Bank, as Surety, in the
amount of $1,493.75 for public improvements at Village Mall (Forget Project),
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective irmlediately
upon adoption.
