A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
WHITING TURNER CONTRACTING CCMPANY FOR
PICCADILLY CAFETERIA.

WHEREAS, Whiting Turner Contracting Company, as Principal, and United
States Fidelity and Guarantee Company, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond
No. 04-0120-17023-85-8 in the amount of $17,170.00 to guarantee public improve-
ments at Piccadilly Cafeteria.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satis-
factorily completed and has recotrmended release of said Warranty Bond in the
amount of $17,170.00.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 04-0120-17023-85--8 posted by Whiting
Turner Contracting Company, as Principal, and United States Fidelity and
Guarantee Company, as Surety, in the amount of $17,170.00 for public improvements
at Piccadilly Cafeteria is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
