CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-99
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING_ MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2-5 of the City Code created a Board of
Consumer Affairs to consist of twelve (12) members;
WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of the
Board of Consumer Affairs have expired and it is the desire of the
Council to make such appointments to this Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed
members of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms to expire
L'arold Blank
Tioni Avidon
Peter Lawson
Barbara Lubin
Winifred Ostrum
Jaries Benenfeld
Mary DiCandia
Herman Marin
Mannie Mishkin
Lawrence Gould
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
