CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-W
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY COMMERCIAL PLAZA, INC.FOR
POSITIVE DRAINAGE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Commercial Plaza, Inc., as Principal, with the
Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
Bond No. 360B020A in the amount of $19,462.50 for positive drainage
associated with the Commercial Plaza project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,',
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to call Bond No. 360B020A in the amount of $19,462.50
posted for positive drainage associated with the Commercial Plaza
project if the positive drainage has not been provided on or before
March 29, 1984, or if the bond has not been extended by that date.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
