CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-
A RESOLUTION REVISING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
TEMPORARY STRUCTURES ALLOWED BY SECTION 28-216
OF THE CITY CODE, PROVIDING FOR COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENTS IN ADDITION TO RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENTS, REPEALING RESOLUTION R-80-111;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council established a fee sched-
ule for temporary structures used in residential developments
as authorized by Section 28-216 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 0-84-1 amended Section 28-216 of
the City Code authorizing temporary structures in commercial
developments, in addition to residential developments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to revise the
fee schedule provided in Resolution R-80-111 to include
temporary structures in commercial developments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC:
SECTION 1 : That the following fees are hereby
established for applications for temporary structures for
model sales and administrative uses in residential and com-
mercial developments as authorized by Section 28-216 of the
City Code in the City of Tamarac.
