A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
ONE NEW ONE TO THREE TON VIBRATORY
HYDROSTATIC ROLLER - BID #84-3
WHEREAS, The City Council authorised the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on February 22 , 1984, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News
a newspaper of!gltneral circulation in Broward County on February 28
and March 6 , 198 4 , and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on March 20 , 298 4 , and
WHEREAS, M.D. Moody and Sons, Inc. is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
OF TAKARAC, FLORIDA:
