CITY OT TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-ft=�_
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
BOND ELECTION TO AUTHORIZE $15,0001000 IN
REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
FUNDS FOR THE COST OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO
THE TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST WASTEWATER TREAT-
MENT SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, a Bond election was held on March 13, 1984, on
the following question:
"Shall bonds of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
in an aggregate principal amount not to
exceed $15,000,000 be issued as may be needed
to provide funds which together with other
available funds, will be used to pay the cost
of on -site and off -site capital improvements
to bring Tamarac Utilities West wastewater
treatment system into compliance with fed-
eral, state, and local environmental regu-
lations by further construction and expansion
of the wastewater treatment system and plant,
the acquisition of land and equipment and
other related capital improvements, such
bonds to mature at such time(s) not exceeding
forty (40) years from their date(s) as may be
determined by the City Council, and to bear
interest at rates not to exceed the maximum
rate then permitted by law, and to be payable
solely from the net revenues derived from the
operation of Tamarac Utilities West?"

AGAINST BONDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has announced the results of
the Votomatic voting as certified by the Election Board and
the absentee ballots;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF"TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1 That the certified results of this bond
election was:
For Bonds 8706 Votes,
Against Bonds = Votes.
SECTION 2 : That this Bond issue passed with the
approval of the majority of the voters voting on this ques-
tion.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution becomes effective
immediately upon its passage.
