CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIIA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 93
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL
ELECTION VOTING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY CHARTER
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on March 13, 1984, wherein the
electorate was asked to vote on amendments to the Charter of the City of Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, the County Canvassing Board has canvassed the results of the
machine voting and absentee ballots and has certified such results to the City
clerk] of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the certification from the County
Canvassing Board and has presented their findings to the City Council for a formal
certification and Declaration of the results.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLOR.IDA:
SECTION 1: That the following is hereby certified and declared as
the official results of the public vote at the General Election of March 13, 1984,
for the proposed Charter Amendments:
