CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- g0
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY SUTTER CONSTRUCTION,
INC., FOR SUTTER COMMERCIAL BUILDING; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sutter Construction, Inc., as Principal, and
Landmark First National Bank of Fort Lauderdale, as Surety, has filed
with the City Letter of Credit No. A-5240 in the amount of $24,447.00
to guarantee public improvements at Sutter Commercial Building; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $6,111.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. A-5240 posted by
Sutter Construction, Inc., as Principal, and Landmark First National
Bank of Fort Lauderdale, as Surety, in the amount of $24,447.00 for
public improvements at Sutter Commercial Building, is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$6,111.75.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
