A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR A PORTION OF SIDEWALK
ON NOB HILL ROAD FOR KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL
PLAZA: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as
Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90914F
in the amount of $1,275.00 to guarantee a portion of sidewalk on
Nob Hill Road for Kings Point Professional Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond
upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $414.30
and payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of $124.29.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90914F posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety,
in the amount of $1,275.00 for a portion of sidewalk on Nob Hill
Road for Kings Point Professional Plaza is HEREBY RELEASED, subject
to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $414.30 and
payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of $124.29.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
