CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-57
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A WAIVER OF THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills has requested an extension to a waiver
from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing approval of signs on property other
than the applicant's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign Ordinance requested
by takes of Carriage Hills for a temporary community directional sign, to be
erected on property owned by Sabal Palm Country Club at the northeast corner of
Commercial Boulevard and Rock Island Road, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
EXTENSION APPROVED FOR ONE YEAR FROM 3/10/84 SUBJECT TO
AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER BEING ON FILE AT
CITY HALL.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of March , 1984.
