A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
3 POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
TAMWAY CORPORATION AND GRAYSTONE
4 FAIRWAYS CORPORATION FOR FAIRWAYS III;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

6 WHEREAS, Tamway Corporation and Graystone Fairways
7 Corporation, as Principal, and The Toronto -Dominion Bank,.as
8 Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 408 in the
9 amount of $5,000.00 to guarantee public improvements at Fairways
10 III; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
12 been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
13 said bond.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
15 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
16 SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 408 posted by
17 Tamway Corporation and Graystone Fairways Corporation
18 Principal, and the Toronto -Dominion Bank,as-Surety, in the
19 amount of $5,000.00 for public improvements at Fairways III, is
20 HEREBY RELEASED.
21 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immed-
22 iately upon adoption.
23 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisZ� day of , 1984.
