CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�
A RESOLUTION1 RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEZENTS BY AUGUST
URBANEK AND F.G. BROS. MANAGEMENT COMPANY
FOR LAKESIDE PLAZA; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, August Urbenek and F. G. Bros. Management Company, as
Principal, and Atlantic Bank of Florida, as Surety, has filed with
the City Letter of Credit No. 416 in the amount of $87,556.15 to
guarantee public improvements at Lakeside Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond
upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$21,889.04.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 13 That the Letter of Credit #416 posted by August
Urbanek and F. G. Bros. Management Company, as principal, and
Atlantic Bank of Florida, as Surety, in the amount of $87,556.15 for
public improvements at Lakeside Plaza, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject
to receipt of a one year warranty bond in the amount of $21,889.04.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
