CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-,
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY
MONTWOOD, INC., FOR THE WOODMONT TRACT 59 PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, with the First National Bank
of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
1402-00302686 in the amount of $236,880.54 to guarantee public improvements
associated with the Woodmont Tract 59 project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected such work and has recommend-
ed release of said bond subject to receipt of a warranty bond in the amount of
$58,095.32.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302686 in the amount of
$236,880.54. posted to guarantee public improvements associated with the Woodmont
Tract 59 project is hereby released subject to receipt of a warranty bond in the
amount of $58,095.32.
SECTION 2: This

become effective upon
adoption.
