CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-V41
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DEMOLITION OF ALL NON -CONFORMING
ENCROACHMENTS FOR A HOME LOCATED AT 6000
UMBRELLA TREE LANE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sidney S. Bethill has posted with the City a cash
bond in the amount of $1,500.00 to guarantee demolition of all
non -conforming encroachments in easement and setback areas in the
event of a denial of a variance by the Board of Adjustment for a
home located at 6000 Umbrella Tree Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment granted the variance requester
by Petition #8-B-83 to permit certain encroachments in easement and
setback areas; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recommended release o
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Sidney S. Bethill in
the amount of $1,500.00 to guarantee demolition of all
non -conforming encroachments in easement and setback areas in the
event of a denial of a variance by the Board of Adjustment for a
home located at 6000 Umbrella Tree Lane is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediat6ly
upon adoption.
