CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. R-Z-�3/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
FLORIDA STATE LODGE, FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Florida State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police and the
ity;have negotiated in goad faith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of th
agotiating team to approve an Agreement.
0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
DA:
SECTION 1: That the Agreement between the City of Tamarac and the
lorida State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police, is hereby approved for
11 members of the bargaining unit who are employed by the City on or,
fter the effective date of this Resolution for a term to expire
eptember 30, 198-6. This Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
nt.
SECTION 2: That the Mayory City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
uthorized to execute this Agreement.
